We are now only a couple of weeks away from moving in to the new club rooms and this week the old grand stand and canteen are being demolished to make way for additional car parks. The new club rooms will have all the creature comforts and should make presentation day this year a lot more enjoyable.
This year we have five parents about to enbark on the Level 1 Coaching Course. This will boost our ranks of qualified Level 1 Coaches to 11 which is fantastic to see. We also had 17 people complete the level 0 coaches course and this will bring the number of coaches at the clinic to 31. With that many coaches all of our children should be recieving some very good attention and assistance with their skill development.
Just a reminder as the days become colder and weter the ground becomes slippery. It is recommended that the children wear football boots in these conditions to prevent them from slipping over and getting injured. We have a boot swap program where you can purchase a pair of second hand boots for $10 and then swap tem over each year for free as your childs foot grows.
